PIR FIBER roof panel (polyurethane core) with inner cladding of GFR (glass fibre reinforced)
HIGHEST RESISTANCE, DURABILITY AND THERMAL INSULATION OF THE AGRO-ROOF
The panel in this edition is one of the most practical products for roofing buildings, especially those of an agricultural nature. The core made of hard polyurethane foam provides excellent thermal conductivity at the level of 0.026-0.028 W/mK (aging lambda). Therefore, the PIR FIBER roof panel makes it easy to maintain a constant temperature inside the building.
PIR FIBER roof panels are characterized by:
- Excellent insulation parameters - aging lambda at 0.026-0.028 W / mK allows the panel to be used for facilities with specific temperature conditions.
- Lightweight - quick and easy assembly of panels on rafters during thermo-modernization works.
- The box profile of the outer cladding improves the load-bearing strength and increases the sealing of the roof installation.
- The inner cladding protects against volatile organic compounds. It enables cleaning the facility with high-pressure washers and meets the increased hygiene requirements, to which livestock facilities are subject.
- Non-absorbability- the panel is also suitable for use in buildings, where crops and feed are stored.
- Great resistance to all corrosion and the volatile organic compounds (VOC).
- Increased resistance to pests: birds, insects, rodents.

The outer layer of the panel is a box profile cladding. Such profiling improves the load-bearing strength and increases the sealing of the roof installation. An additional advantage is a lightness - quick and easy assembly makes it a great material for carrying out rapid therm modernization works.
The core of hard polyurethane foam makes the 60 mm PIR Fiberglass roof sandwich panel the equivalent of a 100 mm thick insulator with polystyrene core.
The inner cladding is made of glass fiber. This material is resistant to all corrosion and provides excellent protection against volatile organic compounds (VOC). The glass fiber cladding is water pressure-washable, for high pressures at short distances. That is why the PIR Fiberglass roof sandwich panel allows to meet increased hygiene requirements, which include livestock buildings.
