THERMANO DECK flat, green, sloping roofs
THERMANO DECK is a well-known and market-proven insulation dedicated to flat roofs. Now with an even lower thermal conductivity coefficient of 0,022 [W/(mK)] - for thicknesses of over 90 mm. One board almost twice as good insulates thermally than polystyrene or mineral wool of the same thickness. Polyurethane thermal insulation is safe and non-absorbent, making it a thermal insulation material that serves for long years. The boards are recommended for flat, green roofs, but can also be installed both on floors as well as in three-layer walls.
THERMANO DECK are thermal insulation boards made of rigid PIR polyurethane foam in flexible gas-tight facings. Declared thermal conductivity coefficient λD= 0,023 [W/mK] ≤ thickness 90mm and λD = 0,022 [W/mK] ≥ thickness 100mm. Manufactured in thicknesses of 30÷200 mm, in standard dimensions 1200x2400. Standard type of lock for board is the TOP lock, as variants are also available lock types BASIC and MASTER.
Product application:
THERMANO DECK boards are universally applicable but, due to their parameters, are mainly dedicated as insulation for flat roofs with increased thermal requirements loaded and used in a typical manner. They are used as insulation for trapezoidal metal sheet roofs, non-ventilated solid reinforced concrete roofs, directly under waterproofing coatings such as PVC, TPO, FPO, EPDM, bituminous felt (in a single or multi-layer system). As an alternative application, the board may also be installed on floors, as well as in three-layer walls and green roofs,
THERMANO DECK boards are characterised by:
- Good thermal insulation λD= 0,022 [W/mK] ≥ gr. 100mm,
- high compressive strength CS (10\Y) 150 kPa (15 t/m2) for thicknesses of 30÷160 mm,
- durability - the boards do not lose their thermal insulating and mechanical properties over the years,
- lightness - with the same thermal parameters of the UC value of the partition, a significantly smaller thickness of insulation weighing just 30 kg/m3 is used. This translates into less stress on, for example, trapezoidal sheet metal and a reduction in the cost of the supporting structure of up to approximately 15-20%.
