All employees of Balex Metal will take part in workshops on waste management in a closed circuit. Not only will we know the full course of the recycling process, but we will also learn how to segregate as much as possible.

How can we reduce the daily production of rubbish and operate following the principles of a green office. The project is carried out in cooperation with local waste disposal plants.

 It depends on us to what extent the "production" of waste will slow down and whether it will be possible to recycle as much waste as possible. Therefore, the moment when we segregate waste - properly or not - is closely related to how effective the work performed at the waste plants can be.
